LOCAL CO-OP
- Play the whole campaign with a second pilot on one screen
- One takes a controller, the other takes the keyboard
- A tether runs between your ships and slices enemy bullets while you fly close
- Fill the shared meter, both hit special within half a second, and the screen goes quiet
- The phase shield covers both of you, so one of you gets saved by the other one's reflexes
- Bombs and overdrive come from one pool, which will start a conversation
- Lose your last life and you drift there as a wreck until your partner remembers you exist
- New tutorial across the first four waves, and a controls board in the lobby on C

- Achievement names are now translated in every language
- Dialogue screens show controller buttons instead of keyboard keys
- The codex no longer scrolls over its own title
