Update 0.4.4: A more natural crowd

OshiYa · published 14 Sep 2026, 15:22 UTC · build 25289124

All newsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam

OshiYa 0.4.4 makes the station crowd feel more grounded.

Passengers now remain safely within the platform instead of wandering onto the tracks. When they change position, two new walking frames give each short walk a visible gait. Between walks they pause calmly instead of constantly jittering.

The Bonsai Garden now extends these quiet pauses, while Rush Hour keeps the crowd moving more often. Existing saves remain compatible.

The first upgrade task now points directly to the highlighted upgrade and shows how much money is still missing. Train tickets are visible from the main gameplay navigation, and card draws put the result first: new or d…In-game event7 Sep 2026Update 0.3.9: Safer saves and clearer feedbackOshiYa 0.3.9 improves save reliability and makes important platform feedback easier to read. Save files are now replaced atomically and backed up first. Damaged, inaccessible, unsupported or externally changed saves are no longer silently overwritten. If a usable backup exists, OshiYa offers an explicit recovery choice and archives the damaged original before restoring it. A failed write pauses…
