Achievement should now properly unlock again.
Slight changed to how some of the achievements are checked. Since the bug that was fixed might have caused some players those miss achievements. The check is done at a few more places just in case.
Additional tweak to some of the lines.
Remove the second duplicated entry for Thai Localization in the credits.
Simple UI Tweaks to accommodate the text better. Note: There are still some tweaks in my TODO list, but they were a bit more complex (and pushing the achievement bug fix was more important.)

One Fashionable Elephant was checking its conditions to early, before the swimsuit information was loaded, and was achievable by only needing the accessories.
Sorry about the multiple small patches in a row. It's my fault for not having more thoroughly testing out the new way achievements were being handled after integrating the non-Steam version of them alongside what it was previously doing.
