🐛 Crash Fixes — Force Clear is FINALLY safe

After a thorough sweep of the codebase, all Force Clear Row / Column crashes should now be resolved. Several lurking animation bugs were behind the persistent crashes — they're all fixed:

- 🤖 Bot cell markers
- 🔒 Cell Lock badges
- ✨ Armed-skill icon pulses in the store HUD

You can use Force Clear skills (and combine them with Cell Lock or Bot encounters) without worrying about the game dying on you.

⏱️ Rule Rotation Popup — Instant

When the puzzle rules change (every 10 or 30 line clears), the rules popup now appears immediately instead of after a ~7-second delay. No more placing cards under the old rules without realizing they've changed.

🤖 Bot Appearance — Cleaner Sequence

The Rival Bot's introduction now follows a clear, deliberate sequence:

- Bot Appears — full intro banner plays
- Grid greys out — "BOT THINKING…"
- Bot acts — places its card
- Filter removed + green YOUR TURN flag

No more bot moves overlapping with the intro cinematic.

🚫 No Stacking + Rival Bot — Auto-Resolved

These two together created a death spiral: you couldn't reclaim bot cells (no stacking allowed), so the board filled with mixed lines that never cleared. Now the game automatically swaps out No Stacking whenever it conflicts with an active Rival Bot, and tells you why:

⚠️ Sub-rules rerolled — No Stacking conflicts with the Rival Bot

The rule popup pops open so you can read your new constraints immediately.
