10.13 Dragon Summoning
New Features:
Added 75 Dragon Summons.
Balancing:
Redesigned NG+ painting in chapter 6 to
no longer allow NG+. Instead, it now
gives 200k exp. (romantic difficulty can
now see the painting)
Increased health regen of spirit summons
from 2.5% to 5%.
Increased accuracy of spirit summons
from 150% to 200%.
Spirits now have 75% stagger and flinch
resistance.
Magic Rifles no longer deal half the
tech damage when on Hard, Nightmare, or
Infinite Nightmare.
Misc:
Removed additional icons from iconset.
(icon credit removal goes to Frayo)
Older saves on NG+ received 400k exp.
(this 400k exp is double the amount the
painting would've gave)
Fixed mana cost to Mold Pneuma.
Fixed multiple text issues for spells.
devnote: Due to skill placement issues,
radiation summons will have to be
relearned.
