[Combat]
- Added crouching. Press Ctrl with the default controls to crouch or stand up.
- Crouching reduces recoil and bullet spread and speeds up reloading. Movement and dashing are
restricted while crouched, and you cannot fire while crouching down or standing up.
- Added dedicated reticles for red dot and holographic sights. Enable "Sight reticles" in Settings
to use them, or leave the option off to keep the existing crosshair.
[Survival / Status Effects]
- Hunger and thirst meters now drain more slowly.
- Sprinting consumes less stamina, and stamina regenerates faster.
The delay before regeneration begins has also been slightly reduced.
- Added a new status effect, "Drunk," triggered by drinking alcohol such as soju.
- While drunk, you gain increased armor but move more slowly, your aim sways,
and the screen distorts.
[Skills / Storage]
- Added skills that speed up crouch transitions, reduce recoil while crouched, and improve
crouched reload speed.
- Added a skill that increases movement speed at the base.
- Storage expansion upgrades now grant more storage slots.
[Items]
- More types of items can now be dismantled. You can turn a wider range of items into
basic materials.
- Adjusted item prices across the board.
- Increased the maximum stack size for various items.
- Reclassified some items as valuables.
- Increased the drop rates of materials. Material requirements for activities that use them
have also been adjusted.
- Reduced ammunition weight and prices.
- You are now less likely to find empty chests. If certain chests roll no items,
common loot is added to them.
[Quests]
- Adjusted the order of some quests. The bike rack repair quest is now available earlier.
- Items in storage now count toward quest item requirements even while you are in the field.
- NPC quest lists now show quests ready to turn in first, followed by available quests,
then quests in progress.
[UI / UX]
- Added an in-game guide. Entries unlock when you first encounter relevant situations involving
survival, status effects, equipment maintenance, and more. Press G by default to open the
Guide tab and review them.
- Redesigned the skill learning screen. Effects from each learned rank are now shown separately
from the effects you will gain at the next rank.
- Ammunition details now show the status effects it can inflict and the chance of applying each one.
[Settings]
- Added a frame rate limit option. Choose 60 / 120 / 144 / 240 FPS or Unlimited.
- Added a VSync toggle. When enabled, the frame rate syncs to your monitor's refresh rate.
- Added a Mute in Background toggle. When enabled, game audio is muted when you switch
to another window.
[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where using the close button in Settings left you unable to control your character.
- Fixed the quest acceptance button remaining enabled when no quests were available to accept.
- Fixed an issue where unloading ammunition from a firearm could duplicate it under certain conditions.
- Fixed cats at the base colliding with NPCs and pushing them around.
- Fixed an issue where world save files could occasionally become corrupted in multiplayer.
