Balance and combat
The Yak-52 and Mi-8 no longer target cruise missiles, Neptune included — under any conditions.
S-400: ballistic intercept chance raised from 60% to 70%, same as Patriot.
Ground vehicles turn twice as fast. Heavy launchers and AA now come round onto their waypoint properly instead of overshooting it.
Expanded weapons loadout for the Su-30SM.
GBU-39 now costs 750, up from 350. MALD goes from 600 to 800.
Interceptor drones
Interceptors are no longer treated as targets by AA and SAMs, and they no longer attack Neptune. They only go after what they're supposed to.
Progressive pricing for ballistic launchers
Every ballistic launcher you build (Iskander / Hrim-2) costs more than the last. It ramps gently: 5,600, then 6,200, 7,100, 8,300 and up from there.
The price counts your surviving launchers. It recalculates itself on reconnect, and handing a launcher to an ally doesn't reset it — the cost stays with whoever built it for as long as that launcher is alive.
The launcher UI shows the current price with an ↗ arrow, meaning it's climbing. Queued orders work too: Shift+click counts five different prices, not five identical ones.
Interface and match flow
Match end now gives you a readable reason: win or loss, and why — time ran out, sudden death, opponent left the battle. No more system codes.
On a dropped connection you get "Left the match: connection lost" instead of "closed 1006", plus a hint on how to get back into the fight.
Fixed watching a match in replay.
