No more sign-in screen
Server Share signs you in through Steam automatically. Some players were
shown a sign-in screen on first launch, which should never have happened.
Steam needs to be running, and if you start Server Share outside of Steam it
now relaunches itself through Steam for you.
UI buttons for game picker fixed
The arrows scrolled the wrong way and could feel laggy. Both are now fixed along with some design changes to the game picker screen.
Other changes
Windrose artwork now loads correctly. Tidied up the settings menu along with some design changes to the groups.
