Patch v1.1.1 major crash bug fix and removal of Gen AI assisted assets.

Fixed a bug with Japanese localisation causing crashes.
Removed Generative AI-assisted 3D model for mummy enemy - replaced with a decent looking asset.
Removed Generative AI-assisted 3D model for wendogo - replaced with a custom model repurposing zombie 3D model.
Replaced several SFX that used Gen AI in their layering - used Freesound.org SFX credit to AdenoMuro.
