I’ve spent a lot of time lately thinking about where exactly I should begin with this next chapter. There’s a lot that needs to get done for the finale, and I’ll admit that looking at everything ahead of me has felt a little overwhelming. My day job also gets particularly busy around this time of year, so my head has felt pretty clouded trying to figure out what I should prioritize—especially as I settle into this new bi-weekly update schedule.
Ultimately, I decided the best approach was to stop worrying about tackling everything at once and instead focus on accomplishing something small each day. A little map creation here, some sketching there... all of these things need to get done eventually, so every small task I finish is one less waiting for me later.
One of those tasks was beginning work on the edge of a new region players will visit during this chapter: Thuhenia. Although you’ll only be exploring a small portion of it, this is a land that has been mentioned in passing throughout Crimson Veil for quite some time. More importantly, it’s the place Dorian ordered his brides to flee to should things ever go awry.
And, well... things certainly have.
Things are going to heat up considerably in this chapter—in more ways than one! One thing I can reveal for certain is that a major battle is coming, and when these opposing forces finally collide, neither side intends to hold anything back...
