Swarmvore — my first game, and I'd love your feedback

Hi everyone,

Welcome to the Swarmvore page. Before anything else, I should say the thing

that makes this post a little nerve-racking to write: this is my first game.

What Swarmvore is

You command a swarm that grows by

consuming everything in its path, and the further you push, the harder the

galaxy pushes back.

Why I made it

I started this project to find out whether I could actually finish something

instead of leaving it as another abandoned prototype. There's no studio behind

it, no team, no publisher. Just me, a lot of evenings and weekends, and a

stubborn idea about a swarm eating a planet.

What I'm hoping for

I'm not going to oversell it. Swarmvore isn't trying to be the biggest or the

most ambitious game on Steam. What I want is simpler: I hope it's fun, I hope

it keeps you entertained for a good while, and I hope that at some point you

catch yourself saying "one more run".

This is where you come in

I'm genuinely open to feedback — the good, the bad, and the "this mechanic

makes no sense". If something feels unfair, confusing, boring or broken, I

want to hear it. I can't promise I'll be able to change everything, but I do

read everything, and a lot of what ends up in the final version will come

straight from what players tell me.

The best places to reach me:

What's next

Swarmvore isn't out yet. I'll be posting updates here as I get closer to

release: gameplay clips, devlogs, and the release date once it's locked in.

If it looks like something you'd enjoy, adding it to your wishlist genuinely

helps — for a game this small, it's one of the few ways it gets seen at all.

Thanks for reading, and thanks for giving a first-time developer a chance.
