βοΈ Improvements
This update brings a series of improvements to skills, movement, animations, mounts, quests, interface, and game systems, as well as new adjustments to enhance the player experience.
β¨ Friend System: New Friend System added to Lugh World! The system allows players to manage their friendships within the game, bringing a new layer of social interaction to the community. It can be accessed by pressing (H).
β¨ Movement β Run Fast: Reduced the delay when initiating a jump during Run Fast. The goal is to minimize this interval as much as possible, leaving only a few milliseconds when necessary.
β¨ Movement β Run Fast: Reduced the sliding during the "stop" at the end of Run Fast, aiming for behavior closer to normal running.
β¨ Movement β Run Fast: Reduced the duration of the jump animation with the leg forward, allowing the Freefall animation to be displayed more quickly.
β¨ Movement β Run Fast: Fixed the transition between the Freefall and Glider animations during a jump or when dismounting from a flying mount.
β¨ Mounts: Adjusted the new movement mechanics so they do not affect mounts. Mounts should accelerate and move normally without feeling delayed or sliding.
β¨ Movement Effects: Added small smoke particles around the character's feet, synchronized with the movement animation.
β¨ Movement Effects: Added a small cloud of smoke when the player lands after a jump.
β¨ Animations: Adjusted neck movement in the new animations to reduce excessive side-to-side movement.
β¨ Animations: Adjusted the running animation without Shift, reducing the excessive leg spread during movement.
β¨ Customization Screen: Restored the character animation on the customization screen.
β¨ Toxic Mist: Changed the skill cooldown to 25 seconds.
β¨ Events and System: Added chat notifications for weather events and system notifications.
β¨ Prismatic Items: Added an exclusive border for Prismatic items.
β¨ Hunter Quests: Changed the requirements for the monthly quests:
Easy: Defeat 250 Prismatic Lughs
Medium: Defeat 500 Prismatic Lughs
Hard: Defeat 750 Prismatic Lughs
β¨ Hunter Quests: Changed the requirements for the daily quests:
Medium: Defeat 5 Prismatic Lughs
Hard: Defeat 8 Prismatic Lughs
β¨ Weekly Quests: Verified the functionality of Prismatic items from the new Lughs in the weekly quest requests.
π Bug Fixes
Issues fixed based on tests conducted during the update period.
π Carnagedoo β Soul Shield: Fixed an issue where Skill 6 was not correctly absorbing damage.
π Leviapex β Aqua Fang: Fixed an issue exclusive to Leviapex where, when targeting a wild Lugh, the skill would occasionally fail to correctly respect the target's distance.
π Ancient Shield / Soul Shield: Changed the skill descriptions, replacing the term "absorbs damage" with "immune", according to the correct functionality of the skills.
π Coralis: Fixed the exclusive item image for Normal Coralis, which was incorrectly using the image from the Prismatic version.
π Fixed Rufus' dialogue in the quest, which incorrectly requested 10 Logs. The correct amount is 5 Logs.
π Swift Tide: Fixed the casting time of the Armoreia and Leviapex skills, which was excessively long and consumed part of the buff duration, especially on Leviapex.
π Rain Dance: Fixed the casting time of the Choriblobs line's skill, which was excessively long.
π Adjustments and Refinements
This update also brings several refinements to animations and movement systems, aiming to make character movement feel more natural and responsive.
The new running, jumping, Freefall, and Glider animations have been adjusted to improve transitions and reduce unwanted movements or delays. Mounts have also been adjusted to maintain their movement behavior independently from the new mechanics applied to the character.
Adjustments were also made to skills, Hunter Quests, Prismatic items, and system notifications, aiming to improve information clarity and the pacing of activities performed by players.
Once again, we would like to thank all players for their reports, feedback, and suggestions. Community feedback continues to be essential for identifying issues and constantly improving the Lugh World experience.
