Time schedule towing and improved taxi on runways - Update Notes July 3rd

It has been some very productive weeks and this update to the public beta brings both improved functionality for crossing and taxi on runways and towing for the time schedule mode.

Runways can now be part of a taxi instruction. For the route to work the requirement is that before and after a runway there are taxiways that are connected to the runway. It sometimes works even if the taxiways are not direct connected to the runway. Unfortunately it is not possible to make routes that goes from one runway to another without a taxiway in between.

Airplanes now need a clearance to cross inactive runways (for active runways handoff to tower is still required). This was previous done automatically and is still done automatically when using mouse to set routes. For text/voice the clearance can be part of the taxi instruction or given separately. Some examples:

Taxi to stand 1 via A B. (Separate crossing clearance needed later)

Taxi to stand 1 via A cross runway 36 continue A B.

Taxi to stand 1 via A 36 B. (No crossing clearance needed as taxi route includes runway)

Towing has been added to time schedule mode. It works in the following way. If an aircraft needs to be towed it is marked with a yellow line in the schedule viewer. Towing will be activated between 30 and 45 minutes after arriving to the gate. If it is less than 5 hours to the next flight the aircraft will be towed directly to the departure stand. Otherwise it will be towed to a storage stand first and approximately 90 minutes before departure it will be towed to the departure stand.

The popup for handoff after setting a path has been changed so it appears after path has been confirmed. This way it won't be in the way if you want to continue the path after crossing an active runway. The popup disappears automatically if the mouse is moved off the popup window.
