Hello Car Dealers!
In today’s full-game update, we’ve introduced several fixes, as well as another element connecting our games within the same shared universe!
Patch notes:
- Fixed an issue with radiator and engine caps being displayed when the parts had been
removed. - Reduced the interaction area of the engine cap, which made it difficult to access other parts.
- Hidden the highlighting of bolts during the fluid filling minigame.
- Fixed the positioning of notifications in the fluid filling minigame - they are now correctly
displayed in the center of the screen instead of on the side of the HUD. - Fixed an issue causing employees to start washing vehicles even when the option was
disabled. - Fixed an issue causing customers who arrived to trade-up their vehicles to abandon them.
- Fixed an issue causing vehicles to arrive at the lot without drivers during Hot Deal and
Trade-up events. - Fixed an issue causing employees to lose cardboard boxes after loading a game.
- Fixed an issue causing the transporter to launch into the air, also blocking the employee.
Up 2 You DLC
- Fixed an issue causing incorrect dialogue to appear for tuning jobs.
- Improved safeguards related to employees working on vehicles from tuning jobs.
- Fixed an issue causing customers not to appear near vehicles from tuning jobs.
Shared Universe!
Today, we’re continuing our series about our growing shared universe. The release of Police Chief
Simulator is just a few days away!
With that in mind, we’d like to show you one of the features that will make playing both games
even more enjoyable.
If you have Car Dealer Simulator save files stored on your drive, Police Chief Simulator will
automatically read your current upgrade level when you launch the game and update the appearance
of the building on the map accordingly!
Soon, the feature will work the other way around as well. Car Dealer Simulator will receive an
analogous option - by upgrading the police station in Police Chief Simulator, the police station in
Car Dealer Simulator will also be upgraded to the level you’ve reached in the other game.
Your progress in one game will therefore have an impact on the world of the other. This is another
step towards expanding our shared universe.
