Thank you to everyone who dived into Monster Storm during our launch week! Your feedback has been invaluable. Based on your initial runs, we’ve put together our first major patch focusing on combat pacing, quality of life, and game balancing.

⚡ Combat & Balancing
Faster, Squishier Enemies: Decreased enemy health by 20% while simultaneously increasing their movement speed by 20%. Encounters should now feel punchier, faster-paced, and more reactive.

Audio Mix Adjustment: Lowered the volume and intensity of enemy hit and death sound effects so they are less fatiguing during massive hordes.

Resource Economy Tweak: Decreased map resources from 64 to 48 and reduced chest spawns from 8 to 6 to make survival resource management a bit more strategic.

🗺️ Map & Spawning Improvements
Expanded Battlefield: Increased the maximum level size from 150x150 to 175x175 units, giving you a bit more breathing room to maneuver against massive swarms.

Smart Spawn Logic: Fixed an issue where enemies could occasionally spawn inside the end-game storm closing area. Enemy spawns will now always occur outside the active storm zone.

Higher Spawn Density: Increased enemy spawn locations across the map from 128 to 192 to ensure a more consistent and unpredictable flow of combat.

🛠️ Bug Fixes
UI Corrections: Fixed incorrect and overlapping text descriptions on the lobby weapons tab.
