New update is HERE!

We've got a big patch for you today packed with brand-new systems, quality-of-life additions, and some fresh Steam achievements!

Major Features & Systems:
- Property Managers: A whole new system to automate your empire! Since this is a pretty big mechanic, please check out the guide on Steam to get a full understanding of how they work.

- Property Splitting: You can now split large properties into multiple smaller ones! (Minimum unit size is 25m²).
- Quick-Access App Pins: You can now pin your favorite apps directly under the XP bar and click them to open them instantly on your phone.
- Stock Market Input: Added a manual input field when buying stocks, crypto, and metals for precise transactions.
- added sorting into myProperties
- you can now modify payout for quests completion in custom mode

Balancing & Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where avatars were being generated for official contacts like the police, tax office, etc.
- Optimized performance when scrolling and opening the Messages app.
- Increased base XP earned from gigs.
- Higher-level gigs now reward significantly more XP.
- Quests will no longer generate "Buy a parking spot" objectives if there are no available spots left to buy on the market.

New Steam Achievements:
- Family Parking – Set up your first fully functional long-term parking spot
- Fan Zone – Set up your first fully functional short-term parking spot
- Divide & Conquer – Split a property into multiple smaller properties for the first time
- Hands-Off Landlord – Assign your very first Property Manager
- Local Mogul – Own at least 3 properties in a single country
- I Don't Care – Have a tenant move out after you reject their upgrade request

Please Note: The ability to buy entire buildings / whole properties will be coming in our next update, expected next Tuesday or Wednesday. It needs just a bit more polishing before it's ready for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
