Allogloom Has a Publisher (and a New Release Date!)

Big news! 👻

I’m excited to share two things at once:

  1. Allogloom has signed with Iceberg Interactive!

  2. …aaaand the game now has a new release date: October 13th!

I've been crafting away alone for a while now, and there's only so much one person can do at once. Painting backgrounds, writing dialogue, testing puzzles, and then also trying to get the game seen by anyone at all, it's a lot to hold together solo.

So having a team step in to help with marketing and testing means I actually get to spend my time where it matters most: finishing the last few chapters and making sure the details are right.

The date moving to October is part of that too. It's a bit later than I originally planned, but it buys the time I need to iron out few kinks that were bugging me, tighten up some puzzles, and give the game the send-off it deserves instead of rushing it out the door.

The game itself isn't changing! Same story, same weird little world, same me painting every frame of it. Just more hands helping it get where it's going, and a bit more time to get there properly.

Thank you all for following along, wishlisting, and sending such lovely messages, it genuinely keeps me going.

Can't wait to finally welcome you into Gruesome Grove this October...

- Galactic Ghosty 👻

PS: I've updated the Date Announcement Trailer with some brand new footage, so be sure to check that out. 👀

In-game event7 Aug 2026Some Of My Favourite Point & Click Games!Heya! In many ways, Allogloom is a love letter to one of my favourite genres: Point-and-click adventure games! I thought it'd be fun to share some of my favourite games from the genre (and a few that inspired Allogloom along the way!) Growing up, I only really played the point-and-click games that my grandparents gifted me. 😊 When I got a bit older and could start buying games myself, I ended…Announcement8 Jun 2026Release Date Announcement!Happy Frosty Fest! 🍦 I’m excited to announce that Allogloom will be releasing on the 24,9,26! (NZ Date) From learning how to make a game on my own with no experience, to end up here announcing a release date feels kind of crazy. (It’s very exciting and slightly terrifying!) It’s been quite the journey and I can’t wait to finally share Allogloom with you all in September this year. Thank you fo…Community14 May 2026Lot’s of things have been happening. (Update!)Lot’s of stuff has been happening this year behind the scenes for Allogloom, especially this week! It was awesome to have a booth at the NZ Games Festival Level Up Exhibition, and as always it was lovely to meet and chat with everyone who played the demo. And also this week Allogloom has been part of ANZ Indie Fest, what a cool bunch of games being made in Aussie and Aotearoa NZ! Dev Update Dev…
