Improved sensitivity menu, Fixed Camera FPS lock, improved movement consistency

Thanks to a couple of legends i found out the camera's fps was locked or restricted somehow - that shit's fixed - along with a nicer sensitivity menu. the default sensitivity for everythin is my recommendation to play so as to get the smoothest experience, but i know there'll still be fiends out there doing ridiculous mlg shit.

anyway

-added sensitivity input fields

-fixed camera restriction

-fixed game not starting in full screen

-improved swinging so you can actually swing now

-improved responsiveness of swinging,

-some other shit's better too but i forgor
