Hotfix — Game Speed & Economy Tuning

Analytics have shown that people aren't progressing through the game at the speed I expected. Even more, almost nobody's getting to see the capstone scenes, which is a shame! I've tried to accelerate the pace by fine tuning a number of parameters. Hopefully it makes things a bit more fun!

- Shifts are now 45 seconds (Rest stays a full minute)
- Texts arrive more frequently across every shift (more responsive to increased Rep)
- Respite bubbles spawn more often and now freeze the clock for 15 seconds each to account for the increased volume
- Receiving texts now only costs Reputation on every second message; sending "U Up?" still costs 1 Rep
- Partying pays substantially more Reputation (scales with difficulty) — one good party now roughly funds a full day of texting at the increased rate
- Work pays better and new games start with more cash (you'll be offered lewds earlier and more often - this will also let you spend more time pursuing the stories that interest you most on Rest)
- Difficulty levels unlock at rescaled thresholds to match the shorter shifts (lower scores, fewer points to grind XP) — progression pace is unchanged
- Hustle charges in 15 clean clears (down from 20) to fit the shorter shifts
- Golden bubbles spawn slightly more often, restoring their intended rarity at the new shift length
- Gallery: completing a girl's route now unlocks her entire gallery, including any paid photos you skipped

It has been mentioned that the minigames get rather samey as the game progresses. And you're right - that was the idea! (it was a bad idea). Basically, what I was thinking was that they would serve to keep you mildly occupied and apply a bit of allostatic pressure while you waited for and handled messages. And they do, buuuut also they're…
