Version 1.30 is now live. This update focuses on solid farm-team foundations (guaranteed roster depth), instant-impact college and corporate-league draftees, and a more polished watch experience. It also bundles new-game setup improvements, realistic substitution rules, and everything else changed since the last announcement.
No More Understaffed Farm Teams
- When starting a new game, teams with very thin rosters now automatically receive extra minor-league and prospect players, so farm games are fully playable from day one
- When you finish contract renewals and head into the draft, a warning now appears if your roster is about to fall below what next season's farm team needs. You can proceed anyway, or go back and sign more players first
Draft: College & Corporate-League Players Are Now Instant Impact

- Draft candidates aged 22 and older (college and corporate-league players) have been strengthened. The very top prospects can now compete for a first-team lineup or rotation spot right away, and other high picks are first-team bench caliber
- High schoolers remain high-upside development projects. The classic draft dilemma — win-now college players or high-ceiling high schoolers — now plays out much closer to the real thing
More Freedom When Starting a New Game

- You can now edit the names and abbreviations of existing teams in the new-game wizard
- Newly added expansion teams get their popularity and budget fixed at team-select time, with a difficulty indicator to guide your choice
- With "Auto Dev-Squad Roster" turned OFF, a development draft is now held before opening day so you can hand-pick your own prospects
Watch Mode Improvements

- The linescore now shows runs for the inning in progress the moment they score, with the current inning highlighted in color
- A new "PLAY LOG" tab on the post-game screen lets you read back the full play-by-play log alongside the box score
- The pre-match stadium intro now advances on click, so it no longer disappears before you finish reading it
Managing & Development
- Under no-DH rules, a pinch-hitter or pinch-runner used for the pitcher now leaves the game, and the relief pitcher takes over that lineup spot — just like real baseball
- Training Policy conversions now include pitcher role changes (starter / reliever / closer), letting you retrain pitchers into new roles and reshape your staff
Other Fixes
- Fixed the squad column (1st/Minors/Prospect) being clipped in the team roster view in English
- Fixed new-team abbreviations looking broken when left empty (a default abbreviation is now assigned automatically)
- Fixed clipped button and menu labels on the Training Policy screen in English
Thank you as always for your feedback.
We will keep working through the reports and requests posted on the Steam forums.
