【Windows 11 Launch Issue Notice】
We have confirmed that RPG Portrait Generator may fail to launch with error 0x11C7 on some Windows 11 computers using Smart App Control or Device Guard.
This issue is not caused by insufficient hardware or a long initialization process. The current launcher does not yet include a trusted Windows code-signing certificate, so Windows security features may prevent it from running. Not all Windows 11 systems are affected.
If you encounter error 0x11C7:
You do not need to continue waiting for initialization.
Reinstalling the application or repeatedly verifying its Steam files will usually not resolve the issue.
We do not recommend disabling Windows security features to launch the application.
We are preparing an update with trusted code signing and startup-process improvements. It will be released through Steam as soon as testing is complete. Once available, please update to the latest version and try launching the application again.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who purchased the application and has been unable to use it. Thank you for your patience and for reporting this issue. We will continue to share progress through Steam announcements.
