Fixed an issue where starting a New Game would not show the difficulty-select window, making it impossible to begin a new game (a regression introduced with the r89 rendering optimization). Other pop-up windows opened after the game starts (Settings, Save/Load, and various dialogs) that could likewise fail to appear or respond are resolved by the same fix.
Fixed auto-equip not unlocking the "equip" achievement.
The material shop now shows your material stock count (current / max) at the top of the screen, on the opposite side from your gold.
Fixed an issue where a single familiar (vessel) item could be equipped into more than one slot at the same time.
