Fixed Encyclopedia tabs becoming unresponsive when opening it multiple times. Any Encyclopedia window after the first had dead tabs (Race / Skill / Job, etc.). The Encyclopedia is now a single window that comes to the front when you reopen it.
Fixed meal buffs (ATK / Magic ATK) that were not actually applied. The attack and magic-attack meal buffs granted by tavern techs like "Hearty Meal" were being rounded down to zero internally and did nothing. They now apply correctly as a percentage boost.
You can now drag the divider in the Dispatch window. Grab the boundary between the dungeon list and the party panel and drag left/right to freely resize the two panes.
