Starting July 17, 2026, and running through August 30, 2026, the Ronaldinho Event will introduce new ways to unlock, play, and progress with Ronaldinho. We have heard the community's feedback loudly and clearly. You want aspirational players to feel powerful, but you also want them to be accessible. This challenge completely reworks Ronaldinho's availability, ensuring that whether you are a dedicated free-to-play grinder or a player with saved-up currency, there is a clear path to adding him to your roster.
The current Ronaldinho card is getting an upgrade. The new version replacing him in the store and in rewards is a Rare+ Ronaldinho featuring a guaranteed minimum Epic potential. This ensures that the time you invest in him pays off, giving him the ceiling required to compete at higher levels.
We have introduced two avenues to obtain Ronaldinho during this event, heavily focused on rewarding long-term retention and daily play:
The 300-Challenge: Dedicated players can earn 1 Rare+ Ronaldinho simply by completing 300 Daily and Weekly challenges between July 17 and August 30. This milestone is repeatable, meaning you can play multiple copies before the event ends.
Unlimited Points Purchase: You can purchase the new Rare+ Ronaldinho directly for 315,000 Points. There are no purchase limits on this path.
Once Ronaldinho is in your squad, the event gives you plenty of reasons to get him on the pitch. We are introducing a vast array of dedicated Ronaldinho challenges focused entirely on his performance in 1v1 matches.
Tasks range from scoring chip shots or curveballs to racking up successful tackles and through-passes. Completing these will yield massive XP payouts (ranging from 100,000 to 600,000 XP per challenge).
Furthermore, players who complete 20 of these dedicated challenges will unlock the JOGO - BLUE & RED, allowing you to dress your squad in colors inspired by his legendary eras in modern football.
