It's been a hard road to get here, but this is only the beginning. Working on the launch today was really tough. I'm a bit behind schedule due to unforeseen personal events that landed in my lap and made me lose half a day (currently being a solo-dev and all). As a result, some fixes didn't make it into the launch build, but I will work hard to patch the most critical items in the coming days.
So what happens now? The journey towards the full v1.0 release starts. During Early Access, you'll get more maps, more weapons and gadgets, more modes, and smarter bots. That's what to expect in the upcoming months.
In the short term, I need to work hard on fixing the bugs and jank that didn't make it in time. Over the next few days and weeks, I'll roll out smaller patches to make the experience more solid.
Known issues that will be fixed in the upcoming days:
In multiplayer, there's a big stutter every time a bot respawns
post match screen doesn't display the players correctly
Finishing a multiplayer match, and then directly heading into single player has strange behavior
Better matchmaking in the backend.
In addition to this, what's also coming in the upcoming days:
Server will be shared for self-hosting
Rough roadmap showing what type of content is planned
Quality of life improvements
