Hello, Commanders!
Version 2.0.5 is now live. This update prioritizes an issue affecting some older saves after 2.0.4, where characters and inventory could appear empty. In most cases, the original progress is still on disk; 2.0.5 now prioritizes valid data and provides a safe recovery path.
Save Recovery
- Added safe one-click recovery. When a clear character-progress rollback is detected and a healthy recovery snapshot exists, the game can restore it without manual file selection.
- Fixed a loading-state issue that could prevent character and inventory data from being applied correctly.
- If loading fails, the game now returns to the Save Emergency Center instead of entering the world with an empty roster.
- Strengthened write protection. If the roster, levels, experience, or equipment unexpectedly regresses, disk writes are frozen to prevent blank data from overwriting valid saves.
Other Improvements
- Improved background saving and the performance and stability of inventory and skill UI refreshes.
- Improved adventure difficulty and monster combat.
- Improved Steam lobby and trading flows.
If Your Characters or Inventory Appeared Empty
Fully exit and restart the game, then confirm the Settings screen shows version 2.0.5.Open your original save slot.If the Save Emergency Center appears, choose One-Click Recovery.Please do not delete the original save or create a new save over the same slot. If the issue remains, include the full version shown in Settings with your report.
