Hello everyone.
Update 1.1.1 for Three Kingdoms Classic has been released.
This update allows players to place enabled alternate-history officers and custom officers in selected cities before starting a new game.
It also improves faction color selection, quick-action input behavior, mountain battle guidance, and several scenario progression issues.
The main changes are as follows.
Initial placement for alternate-history and custom officers has been added.
Enabled alternate-history and custom officers can now be placed in selected cities before starting a new game.
Officers left unassigned will remain in the discoverable officer pool and can be found through officer searches as before.
At the start of the game, each officer’s affiliation is determined by the faction that owns the selected city.
Officers placed in an unaffiliated city will begin as free officers in that city.
New faction setup has been improved.
Players can now directly choose the map color used by a newly created faction.
New game and UI flow have been improved.
Quick-action menus now pass unhandled key inputs back to the parent screen correctly.
The position and direction of officer guidance in mountain battle operations have been adjusted to match the actual selection area.
Major progression issues have been fixed.
Improved performance when a large number of prisoner disposition records are waiting to be processed.
Fixed an issue in the Fall of Shu Han scenario where an unintended surrender judgment could occur for a player-controlled Shu faction after an automatic capture.
Other changes
Renamed the Engineer Escort command to Guard.
The command’s role and behavior remain unchanged.
This update focuses on giving players more freedom when starting a new game with alternate-history and custom officers, while making new faction setup and early game flow more natural.
Thank you to everyone who reported issues during play. We will continue to prioritize problems that affect new game setup and long-term campaign progression.
Thank you for playing and sharing your feedback.
