We've recently released our biggest demo update yet, bringing a batch of new characters for you to play as, enemies to crush, innovative new weapons and a plethora of new ways to suffer through our afflictions system.
Downed foes can now be finished off with brutal executions. End a fight with style and earn the crowd's approval.
The Rhino and Ibex charge into battle alongside a complete rework of our existing beasts. Level up your favourite beast, earn XP, and unlock powerful new variants.
A devastating new ranged weapon has entered the arena. Pick off enemies from afar or turn your friends into accidental pincushions.
Why stop at defeating your enemies when you can weaponise them? Rip off limbs, grab severed heads, and throw them at the next poor soul unfortunate enough to cross your path.
The arena just got more dangerous.
Archers pepper you with arrows from a distance.
Wrestlers pin gladiators to the ground until a teammate rescues them.
Defensive Swordsmen strike while hiding safely behind their shields.
Give your viewers control over your suffering. Chat can now vote on which affliction potion you'll be forced to drink between rounds.
Grow your strength between battles with new upgrade options that let you shape your gladiator's build run after run.
Even more terrible bargains await. Trade health for increasingly ridiculous drawbacks and work together to overcome missing toes, impaired vision, and other gruesome inconveniences.

Chained Beasts is a 1–4 player co-op gladiator roguelike where you're literally chained together. Swing your chains, smash enemies into arena hazards, survive brutal afflictions, and battle your way through chaotic crowd-pleasing combat.
