What’s up lava boys🔥? I am ‘hard-at-work’ procrastinator-san (Cacaul as always because I changed the passwords and the stewards haven’t figured out the 1 to 8 sequence) and today we’re going to go over the basics of enjoying an afternoon inside the outside of your home.
First, like I’m always saying, let me talk about my week: it feels like no time at all has passed! It may be because they stole my windows, but at least now the sun can’t bother me as much. They did install five new doors🚪? Live update: they’re putting another door right in the room I’m in, and I’m seeing at least three sunshine gnomes coming through, damn it 👺.
I think I’m starting to get really good at this game! I gotta be at least the second best player from the inside of my house on a Tuesday at 3:15pm.
I’ve been thinking about pendulums🍳, like, what keeps them going? Maybe the lack of involvement in capitalism or having no responsibilities and duties in society? I don’t know if we can figure that one out, but what we can learn from them is that the bounds of where you reside can only make you move more consistently; so, to best enjoy your home, you need to start thinking about string theory. Or just try to relax a bit, you’ll always have me to keep you company through these words on the screen.💙

My supervisors are nagging me about my lack of focus in writing, but I haven’t a clue why they’re doing that. I mean, I was just about to write on designing quests, look: ‘we’ve been painstakingly creating a big map and its areas by hand, placing our assets one by one and figuring out some tools to optimize this process. And then we scrapped all of that and started over, because we played it and the a.i. enemies whooped our butts.’ Is that not a perfect description of what’s going on? (✿◡‿◡)

Okay, I can maybe mention that now we’re creating more closed-off spaces, designed around each quest as we make them, so that we have perfect environments for gunfights that are still interesting to explore. What, now I need to put up an example? ‘Shorter missions focused on fights and longer missions with optional paths: we got you covered! Well, you should also try to find some cover for all those shots’. (¬_¬ )Happy?
We have grocery store gunfights! You can take it to the parking lot and it’s still only half as scary as working retail! 👩🏭
Alright, they’re out of the room (I don’t even know how they got in, all the doors disappeared again) so I can talk to you about those pesky sunlight gnomes. They are incredibly nimble creatures, they move only through specs of dust that become visible in the sunlight (look, everywhere can be dirty ok? I clean often enough(*>﹏<*)) and they appear to be afraid of cats and domestic animals. I only figured that out because I coughed and it sounded like a wet dog and they started flickering anxiously. I haven't seen them again yet, but if I get my hands on more info I’ll keep y’all posted.
