Staff and management

  • Employee morale: workers become FRESH for +10% tips or TIRED for −10% tips and 25% slower service. Low morale never makes anyone quit.

  • Manual breaks: send an employee on a 40-second break to restore morale quickly.

  • Closing the parlor now rests the entire roster at break speed while turning away new customers.

  • SHIFT MANAGER Legacy perk automatically rotates tired employees onto breaks and can be switched on or off.

  • Employee traits: hires can receive up to two traits affecting speed, tips, morale, VIPs, Suspicion, Page drops, coaching costs, and customer priority.

    • Standard traits: Quick Hands, Slow Burn, VIP Darling, Loud, Crowd Favorite, Bookworm, Diva, Discreet, Fast Learner, Sunny, Lucky Charm, Exhibitionist, Iron Back, Magnetic, Natural, Perfectionist, Second Wind, Cool Operator, and Regular Favorite.

    • Mythic traits: Time Bender, Unbreakable, Golden Aura, and Infamous.

  • Direct trait training: spend Pages to teach an exact trait or replace a chosen slot. Mythics require an Elite parlor, 100,000 lifetime customers, a fully coached employee, and 100,000 Pages.

  • Employees and the receptionist can now be renamed.

  • The receptionist now has her own full profile card.

  • Releasing an employee requires confirmation and clearly explains that her room will become vacant.

  • Favorite scenes are saved separately for each employee. Starred scenes appear first in Coach previews and become the only scenes she performs for customers.

  • TEACH ALL ELIGIBLE lets you teach one scene to every employee who qualifies in a single purchase.

  • Each employee can be assigned preferred client skin-tone groups, including fantasy colors. One employee’s preferences can be copied to the full roster.

  • While closed, occupied rooms can be reordered by dragging portraits or using EARLIER/LATER buttons.

  • Room tiles and staff portraits now show each employee’s live morale state.

Character customization and outfits

  • STAFF GLAMOUR allows hired employees—not just the receptionist—to use individual outfits and colors.

  • Nine purchasable outfits were added:

    • Layered Sheer Dress

    • Nurse

    • Police

    • Latex Suit

    • Disco

    • Pink Latex

    • Dress V2

    • Ninja

    • Maid

  • Six selectable expressions were added: Neutral, Happy, Sad, Angry, Aroused, and Flirty.

  • Ten independently selectable hairstyles were added: Basic Hair, Pixie Cut, Blunt Bob, Wavy Lob, Loose Curls, High Ponytail, Twin Ponytails, Low Bun, Side Braid, and Rounded Afro.

  • Every outfit now supports Small, Normal, and Big breast fits.

  • Headwear can be colored separately from the outfit.

  • Two accessory slots allow combinations of wings, tails, horns, bunny ears, nurse caps, the pink latex hat, the maid headpiece, and Dress V2 horns.

  • The customization menu is divided into OUTFIT, FACE & HAIR, and ACCESSORIES sections.

Outfit Workshop and Community Wardrobe

  • The GLAMOUR KIT now unlocks a full pixel-art Outfit Workshop.

  • Players can keep up to 24 custom outfits, hats, or accessories.

  • Designs can start from scratch or remix an unlocked official outfit.

  • Every design supports all eight poses and all three body fits.

  • The editor includes editable body and garment/accessory layers, multiple brush sizes, pencil, eraser, fill, straight lines, color picker, transparency, mirror drawing, select/move, grid guides, previous-pose guides, zoom, animation preview, and undo/redo.

  • Poses, selected layers, or an entire body fit can be copied to other poses and fits.

  • Creations can be imported and exported as shareable files.

  • Community Wardrobe allows players to publish, update, unpublish, browse, download, and report creations.

  • Community designs are separated into outfits, hats, and accessories and can be sorted by popularity, name, newest, or Featured.

  • Downloaded designs retain creator attribution, wardrobe-add counts, and available-update notices.

  • A new Outfit Creators leaderboard ranks creators by Community Wardrobe adds.

Massage and gameplay controls

  • Three purchasable massage techniques were added:

    • Pulse Massage — a rhythm challenge.

    • Signature Stroke — trace a glowing shape.

    • Rub Frenzy — rapidly build a pressure meter.

  • Techniques have equal rewards, can be equipped freely once purchased, and remain owned through rebirth.

  • Untimed Massage removes countdowns while keeping the same targets and rewards; players press FINISH once complete.

  • Menu Pause freezes gameplay timers while menus are open by default and can be disabled.

  • Customer Pace offers Relaxed, Default, and Fast request timing.

  • The front-desk OPEN/CLOSED sign is now interactive. Active services finish when closing, but new customers are turned away.

  • Auto Tribute, Fake Booking deposits, Shift Manager, upgrade-tip popups, and service-request popups can each be toggled.

  • NIGHT SHIFT LEAD can be turned on or off and can display the receptionist either at her desk or working inside Reception.

Progression and endgame

  • Rebirth 7 was added, expanding Elite parlors from 18 to 25 staff rooms.

  • The rebirth screen now shows exactly what resets, what survives, which scenes and mechanics unlock, and how room capacity changes.

  • Locked Coach sections explain their exact rebirth requirement and current progress.

  • The Legacy shop is organized by gameplay purpose and explains how each purchase affects future runs.

  • Legacy purchases can be respecced for refundable Legacy Points, with a warning before spending the final currently obtainable points.

  • Four new Legacy rewards were added:

    • Hot Streak restores the high-Suspicion customer-flow bonus.

    • Shift Manager automates staff breaks.

    • Golden Invitation improves Legendary-hire odds.

    • Golden Contract guarantees Aurelia at R7.

  • Aurelia was added as a unique Legendary employee available from R6:

    • Twice the normal service speed.

    • Double tips.

    • +10 percentage points to VIP chance.

    • Her VIPs count as three customers.

    • Five exclusive scenes: Standing Sixty-Nine, Wall Inversion, Folded Special, Inverted Face Ride, and Front Crouch.

    • She survives rebirth and can return for free after being voluntarily released.

  • At R7, Golden Contract guarantees Aurelia the next time the Hire desk opens.

  • Standard VIP services now count as two customers for progression, dailies, HUD rate, and leaderboards.

  • Larger parlors attract proportionally more walk-in customers, preventing later rooms from sitting unused.

  • Daily cash rewards scale with the parlor’s earning power, while Page rewards grow with rebirth rank.

  • Returning demo players receive the Sheer Dress, a cash bonus, and a Legacy Point.

Suspicion system

  • Reaching 100% Suspicion now causes the Guild to seize the safe and close the parlor for 40 seconds.

  • Tributes are available in −10% and −50% Suspicion amounts.

  • High Suspicion is pure danger by default; the Hot Streak Legacy perk restores its up-to-2× customer-flow reward.

  • Auto Tribute can be disabled for players who want to manage the risk manually.

Leaderboards

  • The leaderboard now contains five boards: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, All-Time, and Outfit Creators.

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly boards reset on UTC boundaries.

  • A game-styled board picker replaces the older tab layout.

  • Legitimate endgame scores are accepted rather than being rejected as impossibly high.

  • The HUD can switch between cash earned and customers served, with a live per-second rate for either metric.

Audio, desktop, and accessibility

  • Five purchasable soundtrack choices were added: Tenderness, Slow Pluggnb Dance, Pluggnb Chillout Time, Atmospheric Lo-Fi, and Chillout Lounge. Purchases and the selected track survive rebirth.

  • Service scenes now include synchronized action and voice sounds.

  • Separate sliders control normal sound effects, scene sounds, and music.

  • Night Shift room scenes play their matching audio.

  • Scene censoring was removed; scenes are always shown uncensored.

  • The game continues progressing while minimized or behind other windows.

  • Desktop Receptionist is a desktop-only perk that places the receptionist above other windows. She can be dragged, resized, hidden, hovered for live parlor information, or clicked to return to the game.

  • A fully localized 17-chapter Parlor Handbook can be opened during onboarding or from HOW TO PLAY in Settings.

  • In-game patch notes, the current version number, and a NEW-update indicator were added to Settings.

  • REPORT BUG lets players send a description with their game log and save attached.

  • CJK text received larger, more readable sizing.

  • The perk shop was reorganized into PERKS, OUTFITS, and THEMES.

  • Themed pixel scrollbars were added throughout the game.

  • Automatic freeze recovery protects the session and save after a serious graphics hiccup.
