WHAT'S NEW IN WITHERSMONT

nb: If you uploaded custom ponies in the Beta branch version, you'll find they have lost their mods! This is because I found an issue where if you had a modded Trixie (for example) loaded and made a new Trixie, the new one would spawn with the same mods which you might not want (as the mods were linked by the pony's name, which was a dumb way to do it), so now all modded ponies have a unique code that links only them to their mods. If you delete the old ones and then reinstall them from your workshop folder, they should work.

FEATURES

* If you win, depending on if you spared anyone one of the other two SynthV songs will play, to join Mai's death tune for when you are hanged.

* A third pet is now enabled. Lord Schmooze is a creature of madness. Send him to spy on a pony and he will always learn their sanity as well as anything else - and damage it in doing so. Against that, he has no idea what friendship is and can never discover it.

* If you end up with a Very Special Somepony, they now have a unique background on the roster, just in case you forget. Having a VSS doesn't actually do much at the moment, but it will in the future.

* There are two new items that can be obtained and combined for another sneaky bonus. I'm not telling you how, though!

* Importing Workshop ponies into a set will no long delete all the ponies already there. They will take up the first free slot they find instead, so now you can add single Workshop ponies to your sets.

* Speaking of which, if you create a modded pony you can now share it with everyone on the Steam Workshop! Just make sure when you upload to the workshop you upload the QR image AND the .modpack for your pony which you will find in your documents/SlaughterHorse2/Ponies folder. The .modpack contains all mod graphics and information for your unique horse.

* When you send your pet to the crem, the victim's role as well as their name will be displayed.

* You can now take non-Steam screenshots in the gallery. In case you didn't know, you can take a screenie from pretty much any part of the game by pressing F11. The screenshots save into a Documents/SlaughterHorse2/Screenshots folder.

* Kitchen posters now change on a daily basis rather than being locked to the session.

GAMEPLAY

* Sanity bonus for a direct murder has been increased from 10% to 15%.

* Torture stats for non-super effective tools have been nerfed a bit. Super effective tools will still drastically drop both resistance and life force.

* If the Mayor has a high general suspicion rating or low sanity, they will no longer have the town's confidence and cannot prevent a lynch.

* If you make a friend, your sanity meter now appears correctly so you can see what this niceness cost you.

* It was suggested the amount of text you could fit on the roster post-its was a bit limited, so the text size has been shrunk a tad to let you fit more on there.

* The Disciple's info seeking has been tinkered with. She should now not tell you about anything you already know and she gets more attempts to find new information.

* There is a new assist mode you can play with. It needs a little more work, but it's effective overall.

* Late game sus hits from bad interviews were very heavy (they are related to town rage and the number of murders with your luck of the day chipping them down) and have been tamed a bit. They can still hit you up to 50% though, so watch out! On the other side, doing well in interviews now has a greater positive effect on that investigator's suspicion of you.

* Ponies now know more about each other on game start, so you should have success more often quizzing them in the cake shop.

GRAPHICS

* The Night Mare has an extra lighting effect on her screen.

* Different pets get different treats.

BUGFIXES

* Bug where pony mods would appear black fixed.

* Bug fixed where the Tonsorialist event would make the pony bald even if you didn't meddle.

* Fixes for Killing a Best Friend and the amount of ponies killed achievements put in, they should work now (they didn't in the Beta but now they should! You'll need to murder some poor nag first.)

* Bug fixed where attempting to kidnap a visitor when you already had a victim in the basement would softlock the game.

* The basement radio will now play when switched on even if you have music volume set to zero.

* User mods will now be correctly remembered for ponies you are working on.

* Removed Seed edit box from Set Screen.

* Some small graphic fixes. Not major, just things like icons appearing for a frame when we didn't want them - haven't got them all yet!

* Bug in the Meterologist event fixed.

* Bug where the same pony would come up twice as an answer in interviews *should* be fixed.

* Bug where dead ponies were voting on the council *should* also be fixed.

ACHIEVEMENTS

* Several new ones added.
