Fixed a bug that caused hint translation prices to not display properly.
Changes:
Reduced the price of early-game tools to make the game flow a bit faster at the beginning:
Blue Portal: 100 Blue Matter > 50 Blue Matter
Blue Orbital: 200 Blue Matter > 100 Blue Matter
Water Stream: 200 Blue Matter > 100 Blue Matter
Slightly changed the color of fire orbs and their particles.
