v2.9.10 — No Two Nations Alike

World Order: Global Power · published 21 Aug 2026, 06:38 UTC

All newsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam

Every nation is now economically itself. 190 countries previously shared one template economy at campaign start; each now begins with its own resources, sector mix, interest rates, currency strength, and wealth funds, grounded in real-world production data.

Every campaign is now truly its own story: 84 event outcomes (coups, pandemics, elections, market shocks, espionage and more) previously resolved identically across campaigns — now they vary per campaign.

New peace option — Partition: after a decisive coalition victory you may divide the defeated nation among the victors, by war contribution. The world will not forgive it quickly.

Full localization of advisor advice, tutorial steps, resource names, and policy verdicts in all 13 languages.
Production rows now show exactly how plant capacity and deposit development scale each good's output.

Tariff/customs revenue no longer silently caps out in long campaigns; checkboxes are finally clearly visible; main-menu buttons fixed (v2.9.9's emergency fix, included here).

Game update10 Sep 2026Update 3.3.1 — The Instruments of PowerThe world doesn't just react anymore - it negotiates, retaliates, and holds you to your budget. This update turns economics and statecraft into instruments you can actually wield, and makes the numbers behind them honest to the last dollar. Tariffs as statecraft. Levy tariffs on a single rival, a group, a whole bloc, or the world - and see the likely impact before you commit, in ranges, not gue…Game update5 Sep 2026Update 3.2.2 — The Economy AnswersThe two screens you live in got the redesign they deserved. The Production screen is now a true economic dashboard — cost, prices, margin, supply coverage and import sources at a glance, with a preview of what your slider will do before you commit — and expanding production now costs the budget real money, so output is a fiscal decision. The HOME dashboard leads with the numbers that matter. Al…Game update5 Sep 2026Update 3.2.1 - The BrinkWars between great powers are now rare and momentous. No conflict can ignite without three announced months at the brink — a window the world (and you) can use to act — and nuclear powers genuinely deter each other: most great-power standoffs freeze into armed confrontation rather than erupting. Thanks yu_adw. Also: hover the Debt/GDP movement row to see exactly what moved your debt last month…
