Update: the nucleus-and-atom ring, and equations everywhere

The eight newest modules (Cyclotron, Mass spectrometer, Reactor control, Compton scattering, Muon lifetime, Cherenkov radiation, Alpha decay, Cloud chamber) got a second pass. They now run in time instead of showing a static diagram: the cyclotron beam spirals out, slips phase or leaves through a deflector; the spectrometer plate fills up one ion at a time; the reactor bank follows the wheel at a drive's pace and a scram lets it fall; Compton photons scatter into a cone and a detector on a goniometer arm counts what lands in it; muons rain from 15 km and die where the decay length says; the Cherenkov ring builds on a detector plane photon by photon; the alpha knocks on the wall of its well between escapes; the cloud chamber sits in a glass box with vapour inside. Most of it can be dragged: the detector arm, the reactor's control bank, the energy plane in Alpha decay.

Two of these came out of the physics itself rather than the plan. Trim the cyclotron's RF frequency 0.8 % below f₀ and the energy ceiling more than doubles; 0.9 % and it falls off a cliff. And 40Ar²⁺ lands exactly where 20Ne⁺ does - a spectrometer reads m/z, not m.

By request from the reviews: every module now shows its equations, all 140 of them.

Fixed: transparent-looking benches and instruments in bloomed scenes, flicker on coplanar surfaces, a few wrong units on labels.
