Hello everyone!
Daymark is now officially available on Steam.
Daymark started with a very simple thought:
Steam lets your friends see what you're playing.
But when the game closes and we go back to working, studying, creating, listening to music, or simply doing our own thing, the Friends List usually goes back to just saying “Online.”
So I wondered:
What if those moments beyond games could be seen, too?
That's where Daymark began.
You can set a status to show your Steam friends what you're up to, while a little companion stays on your desktop as you work, study, listen to music, or simply take a break.
Not every moment needs to be productive or important.
Sometimes, it's enough just to leave a little mark of the moment you're in.
Daymark is just getting started
Releasing Daymark doesn't mean development is finished.
Quite the opposite.
From today, Daymark is finally making its way onto your computers, where it will encounter different hardware, different habits, and situations I could never reproduce during development.
If you run into a bug, notice something strange, or have an idea that could make Daymark better, please feel free to share it in the Steam Community.
I'll be keeping a close eye on your feedback and continuing to fix, polish, and improve Daymark.
Finally, thank you to everyone who took a moment to check out Daymark.
Going from a small idea to something that's actually available on Steam has already been a very special journey for me.
Now, it's no longer just a project sitting on my computer.
Daymark is out there with you.
I hope it can quietly keep you company on your desktop.
And maybe someday, one of your Steam friends will notice your status and wonder:
“What are they up to now?” 👀
