Greeting Commanders!

Today is a big step forward for Main Sequence. After many months of gathering feedback from the playtest, the Demo is finally ready and available now!

The demo features many improvements and additions, including a complete visual overhaul of the ship, stations, and factories. There are new tutorials to help guide you through the early game, and some longterm objectives to strive for. Some of the new features include:

  • New cobalt refining and ore enrichment production lines.

  • New star types and biomes.

  • New enemies and enemy attack patterns.

  • Lots of quality of life improvements.

In addition to the new Demo going live, I also have another exciting announcement: Main Sequence is going to be published by Mythwright, the UK publisher behind Thronefall, Going Medieval, TerraTech Legion and more.

The team at Mythwright specializes in publishing indie games by small teams and solo developers like myself. What this means for Main Sequence is that I will be able to focus entirely on making the game the best that it can be, and be able to count on their experienced team to handle all of the complexities of getting that game out to all of you!Thank you for following along with the development of Main Sequence so far. You can leave reviews on the Demo, so please check it out and share your thoughts. If you want to get even more frequent development updates and share your creations with other Main Sequence Commanders, check out our official Discord and the Steam Community.

Cheers,

Kaiden
