This fixes a recent issue on Mac where custom cards, decks and sleeves went missing from the game.
The Windows and Steam Deck versions are not affected.
A change to the game's Steam settings caused the save folder location on Mac to change. As a result, cards, decks and sleeves created before that change were no longer being loaded.
Your data has not been deleted. It is still in the previous folder.
On launch, the game now carries over your cards, decks, sleeves and binder data from the previous folder to the new location. This runs only once.
Settings such as player name, avatar, volume and display options, as well as owned costumes and packs, are carried over too.
Edit rights for cards you created before the update (they remain your own custom cards) are carried over as well.
Once the transfer is complete, it is safe to delete the previous folder. We recommend playing for a while first and confirming that all your cards and decks are present before deleting it.
If the game shows "file(s) could not be moved" at launch, keep the previous folder and launch the game again. If it keeps failing, please contact us at the address below.
If several Steam accounts share the same Mac, make sure everyone has launched the game once before deleting the folder.
If you have already copied the files yourself, identical files will not be duplicated. Files with the same name but different contents are set aside in the Cards/Restored_0.24.5 folder.
Settings you changed after the update may be reverted to their previous values once during the transfer.
