Version 1.14 is now live. The centerpiece of this update is a major overhaul of the draft.
It also includes everything from Version 1.13, which shipped without an announcement (year-by-year farm stats, important bug fixes, and more).
Draft Overhaul

First-round picks now follow the NPB-style bidding lottery. Every club announces its first-round pick at the same time; if picks overlap, a lottery decides who wins the rights, and losing clubs bid again. Expect multiple clubs to converge on the top prospects.
- Added a full-screen lottery show: each club's announcement, the reveal of competing bids, and the envelopes opened one by one — recreating the tension of draft day. Click to advance one step at a time, or skip everything with a button. Choose how much of the show you want: Full / Lottery Only / Results Only (also changeable in Display Settings)
- AI clubs now end their selections. Just like the real draft, clubs that have filled their needs stop picking partway through, while clubs that need reinforcements keep drafting to the end
- The main draft and the developmental draft are now separate. Main picks are tied to the 70-man roster limit, and after the main draft ends you can sign remaining prospects to developmental contracts (no limit on picks; scouted hidden gems can also be taken as developmental picks)
- AI clubs now actively release players before the draft. They cut underperforming veterans to open roster spots before making their picks — and those released players can be signed from the free agent market
All-New In-Game Substitution Screen

Pitching changes, pinch hitters, pinch runners, and defensive substitutions now share a single comparison screen.
- The candidate list shows each player's photo, throwing/batting hand (R/L), condition, and key ratings
- Select a player to see "before → after" comparison cards side by side, with better/worse ratings color-coded (▲▼) at a glance
- For pitching changes, the outgoing pitcher's line for the day (pitch count, innings, runs, etc.) and a fatigue gauge are shown. For pinch hitters, the opposing pitcher's handedness is displayed
Farm Stats Now Kept Year by Year
- Farm (minor league) stats are now archived every season — they no longer disappear when the year rolls over
- Added a "Farm" tab to player details, showing career farm totals and season-by-season farm stats
Draft History
- Draft results are now permanently recorded year by year
- From the "Draft" view in the League History tab, browse past drafts on a draft-board layout, switching between clubs and years. Click a player's name to see how their career turned out
Contract Renewal Improvements
- Bulk release: after re-signing the players you want to keep, check the ✕ box on the rest and release them all at once. When proceeding to the next phase, you can also choose "Release all remaining players" — making offseason cleanup much less tedious
- Reworked sorting: click the column headers (name, age, position, salary, asking salary, and more) to sort the list directly
- Negotiations now include stats that work as the club's leverage. Pitchers: losses, BB/9, home runs allowed, WHIP. Batters: strikeouts, GIDP, errors, caught stealing. It's now much easier to push back on underperformers — plus new appeal points for innings pitched and batting average with runners in scoring position
- The contract renewal and draft screens now always show "Roster: N/70" in the header, so you can manage your offseason moves with the roster limit in view
Other Improvements
- Added a pitcher fatigue gauge during games — remaining stamina at a glance (can be toggled in Display Settings)
- Pitch count is now shown in the pitcher info panel while watching games
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where season stats could reset after loading a save and resuming
- Fixed 5 internal save-data inconsistencies (rating growth history, month rollover, FA compensation picks, rotation slots, team abbreviations)
- Fixed an issue where clubs with a full 70-man roster could still acquire players via FA, free agency, overseas scouting, or the draft (as in NPB, you must open a roster spot first)
- Fixed an issue where the first year's draft results were not shown in League History
- Fixed long play-by-play results (e.g. "Triple to center") being cut off in the at-bat results screen
We'll keep improving the game. Please share your feedback and suggestions on the Community Hub.
