Version 1.12 is out. This update is all about playing with the data:
a new schedule tab, directional play-by-play, sabermetrics, and a big roster overhaul.
New Schedule Tab

Added a "Schedule" tab listing all of your team's games and results.
Filter by month with monthly W-L records, see the ballpark for each game, and the view auto-scrolls to your next game.
All-Star games appear in the schedule too, and clicking an opponent's name opens their player list.
Directional Play-by-Play

Play-by-play now shows direction and fielder: "Groundout to SS", "Single to LF", "Double to left-center", "Home run to RF" and so on.
The same notation appears in the At-Bats tab of the post-game screen.
Sabermetrics

Added a Basic / Saber toggle to the stats screens (majors, minors, career).
- Batters: OPS+ / wOBA / ISO / BB% / K% / BB/K / BABIP / RISP
- Pitchers: FIP / ERA+ / K/9 / BB/9 / HR/9 / K% / BB% / K/BB / OAVG / QS / RS/9
Line Score on Match Results

The results screen now shows an inning-by-inning line score (extra innings supported) with R/H/E.
Roster & Tactics

- Roster screen overhauled: click to view details, drag & drop to swap. While dragging, the two players are compared side by side in real time
- Set fully independent lineups and defensive positions vs right-handed and left-handed starters (applied automatically based on the opposing starter)
- Designated setup men (8th and 7th inning slots), held back for close games just like your closer
- Change pitcher roles (SP / RP / CL) via drag & drop as well
Other Improvements
- Ability display mode: numbers, color-coded, or S-E grades (in display settings)
- Foul balls now occur at realistic rates, including battling fouls with two strikes (realistic pitch counts per at-bat)
- League filters added to stat rankings (majors, minors, career)
- Player details now show bats/throws (e.g. R/R, L/L)
- New-game wizard keeps scroll position while picking teams
- Home screen team stats expanded to two rows (batting / pitching, 5 stats each) with league ranks
- Season-by-season stats now show the team the player was on that year. Seasons without appearances are kept as roster records, so career team history is visible
- News entries show dates, and player / team names are clickable
- Current month shown at the top of the screen
- Click a team name in the standings to see its player list
- Roster, lineup and rotation can now be edited during the postseason
- Player detail popup can be closed with right click
- Roster / Prospect filters added to contract renewals
- Age filters and ability sorting added to offseason trade proposals
- Warning when starting games without a manager
- Offseason screens keep your scroll position after negotiations and actions
- Long player names no longer break layouts, simplified ticket price controls, and more
Bug Fixes
- Fixed auto-lineup creating a DH slot in non-DH leagues, causing the DH (often your best hitter) to be dropped when the game started
- Fixed watched games always using the DH regardless of league settings
- Fixed league DH settings being reversed from real life (applies to new games)
- Fixed postseason stats being recorded under the wrong season (empty next-year rows in season stats / postseason stats disappearing)
- Fixed an internal inconsistency in bats/throws data
- Display fixes such as unified stat column order
More improvements are on the way. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome on the community hub!
