This time, you won't just be playing inside a mall. The new map combines a completely new mall with a large outdoor area.

The weather can change during a match — and it isn't just visual!
Depending on the weather, where customers spend time and shop can change.
When the weather is good, different areas may become more attractive to customers than during bad weather. This means you'll need to keep adapting your strategy throughout the match.

You can finally customize your character in much more detail!
There are over 100 cosmetic customization options, including:

🎁 Free Loot Boxes – NO REAL MONEY!
Free loot boxes can appear on the map every 10–30 minutes.
Find one, open it, and receive random cosmetic rewards.
❤️ One thing is especially important to us:
There is no way to buy these loot boxes with real money.
All cosmetics are earned by playing the game.
We also have no plans to sell these loot boxes or their contents for real money in the future.

There are 3 different difficulty levels available.
Whether you want a relaxed match, some practice, or a real challenge you can choose the difficulty yourself.

This update introduces 2 brand-new sabotage items!
This time, the focus isn't on reducing your rival's popularity.
Instead, these sabotage options directly target your opponents' financial situation. 💸
This gives you completely new ways to put your rivals under economic pressure.
📺 Twitch Integration Is Here!
Streamers, this one's for you! 💜
This update introduces a full Twitch Integration for Retail Rivals.
The integration can be configured directly in the settings and allows your viewers to become part of your mall.
💜 Your viewers can:
See their Twitch names above customers' heads
Shop at your store using chat commands
Attempt to steal from you using chat commands
Trigger emotes and reactions in-game
Check their personal statistics using chat commands
For example, viewers can see:
💰 How much money they've spent in your store in total
😈 How many times they've successfully stolen from you
Your Twitch chat becomes part of your Retail Rivals match.
🏅 New Achievements & Badges
Your biggest accomplishments can now be shown to other players!
You can unlock special badges by reaching certain milestones.
For example:
🔥 Extinguish 50 fires
🛒 Serve more than 1,000 customers
Unlocked badges can be displayed above your player name.
This allows other players to instantly see what you've already achieved.
📊 New Daily Report
After each completed day, you'll now receive a detailed Daily Report.
You can see:
📈 What your team achieved
📉 What didn't go so well
🏪 How the other teams performed
🏆 Who performed especially well
This makes it easier to compare your performance and adjust your strategy for the next day.
🕵️ New Shop Inspections
From time to time, your mall will receive a special visitor.
An inspector will appear and behave like a normal test customer.
They will check things such as:
📦 Are enough products in stock?
💰 Are your prices fair?
🧹 Is your shop clean?
⏱️ How long do they have to wait?
The inspection takes place for all teams at the same time.
At the end of the day, the Daily Report will show which team performed best during the inspection.
🏆 The best team receives an additional reward!
💎 Customers Can Lose Valuables
Customers can now drop valuable belongings during their visit.
If you find an item, you can return it.
❤️ Customer Still in the Mall?
Return the item directly to them and receive a money and popularity bonus.
📦 Customer Already Gone?
You'll now find a Lost & Found Box at the information desk.
Drop the item off there and you'll still receive a reward though slightly less than if you returned it personally.
🛒 Improved Product Ordering
Ordering products is now much more convenient.
You can simply enter the amount you want to order, instead of clicking the purchase button over and over again.
This saves a lot of time, especially for larger orders.
🚔 Prison Improvements
The prison system has been improved.
You will no longer be released just because another player gets arrested.
The remaining jail time is now displayed individually for every player.
📦 Box Fixes
Boxes stuck in storage doors can now be picked up again.
Fixed an issue where boxes could suddenly disappear.
🏠 Reworked Main Menu & New Roadmap
The main menu has been reworked and made easier to navigate.
We've also added a new roadmap, showing which content and improvements we plan to bring to Retail Rivals next. 👀
🎬 New Animations & Effects
We've added many new animations and visual effects.
This makes Retail Rivals feel more alive and gives many actions much better visual feedback.
🖼️ New Loading Screens
Retail Rivals now features new loading screens to match the updated experience.
🌍 Even More Languages!
With this update, Retail Rivals becomes accessible to even more players around the world.
