Major Update Live! Quests, Gig Leveling & Huge QoL Overhaul

First of all, thank you so much for playing the game and sharing your suggestions. I am closely monitoring everything you write in the community hub and on Discord. I read every single Steam review, and I know that the initial grind and pacing felt rough for many of you. I took your feedback to heart, and I hope this update addresses your concerns - if the changes improve your experience, please consider updating your review or leaving your feedback, as it helps the game immensely! A lot of you mentioned that the cashflow from gigs wasn't ideal, forcing too much minigame grinding, and that the scaling with rent felt unbalanced. To fix this, I have completely overhauled the progression system: Gig Leveling System:
Base gig income has been rebalanced, but you can now level up your gigs. The more times you complete a specific gig, the higher its level and the better the rewards. Don't worry - all gigs you’ve completed in the past will count toward this progress! In-Game Quests:
I am introducing a brand-new Quest System that runs on an in-game weekly and monthly basis. Tasks are naturally integrated into the mechanics (e.g., investing into stocks/crypto, completing gigs, upgrading property, add new contacts, upgrade property or inspecting tenants) and offer big cash rewards or special perks, making them a much more fun alternative to grinding.
Property Maintenance: You can now perform maintenance on your rented properties. It works similarly to reconstruction but allows you to invest a limited amount of money to gradually improve the property's state. If a property is in bad shape, you will need to perform multiple maintenances to get it back to 100% condition.
Tenant & Apartment Balance: I have slightly decreased the chance of apartment problems and neighbor complaints so they don't feel overwhelming.
Rent UI Improvement: The scrolling speed in all dropdown menus when putting a property up for rent is now much faster.
Property UI Bug Fix: Fixed a visual bug that incorrectly displayed "10 children" in the myProperties menu.
More Crypto: Added new cryptocurrencies to trade.
Crypto Survival: Increased the chance for crypto to "survive" and bounce back even after a heavy crash.
New Metals: Added Iridium (unlocks at level 8) and Osmium (unlocks at level 10) along with rebalanced metal price fluctuations.
Early Loan Repayment: You can now repay your bank loans earlier to clear your debt faster.
Contact Gig Toggle: Added an "Accept gigs from contacts" checkbox. If you uncheck it, your contacts will no longer spam you with gig offers.
Smart Close: Clicking anywhere outside the phone screen will now automatically close the phone.
Messages: Added a "Mark all as read" button into your messages app.
Level Up Popup: The level-up window will now stay active until you explicitly click the "Continue" button, so you won't miss your rewards.
XP Info: Added an info button next to the XP bar that shows you exactly what unlocks at the next level.
4K Support: Improved UI scaling for 4K resolutions and added a "Reset" button to the GUI scale settings.
Alt-Tab Time Bug: Fixed the bug that caused in-game time to run super fast after Alt-Tabbing out of the game.
Tutorial Map: Fixed the preview of the Google satellite map not loading during the tutorial.
