Today's free Demo update brings its interface in line with the latest production build of Idle Necronomics.
The Campaign screen now separates the current run, next boss, active power, permanent progress, and run profile into distinct cards. Achievement cards also have dedicated space for their title, requirement, current value, and progress gauge, making long-term goals much easier to scan.
The Soul Exchange now presents liquid Souls, invested capital, earning rate, and portfolio results as separate decisions instead of one wall of text. Soul Crystal positions use readable market medallions and profit/loss colors, while Ferryman's Wager has clearer passage values and multiplier steps.
This is a presentation and usability update. Enemy health, Soul rewards, upgrade costs, offline rules, Ascension values, and other progression balance are unchanged. Existing Demo progress is preserved.
Idle Necronomics is coming October 27, 2026, following the October Steam Next Fest. If the Demo has earned a place in your ledger, please wishlist the full game and tell us what you think.
Thank you for playing—and for helping us sharpen the road to 1.0.
