Quick patch regarding Leaderboards

Quick patch to fix an issue with Leaderboards.
The track screen will now update constantly to make sure scores are correct, if your time doesn't match the one saved in game it will automatically reupload the correct time to Steam and update.

I see there is an issue with names and scores lining up, this will be fixed asap.
