Demo Update: Faster Tempo, Smoother Gameplay

There have been many minor updates to improve the gameplay feel in the demo. The game tempo is now faster, but that does not mean there is less strategy involved.

Auto Draw

The draw turn now distributes cards automatically, allowing for smoother gameplay.

This also means you can no longer easily adjust card positions during the draw turn to manipulate enemy attack directions, but you can still plan ahead for the next turn.

Drag Attack

You can now drag and release cards onto enemies to launch them. This feature is enabled by default for new players. Existing players can enable it in the pause menu.

New Run Deck Visualization

Starting a new run now has better visualization for randomized cards.

Each run starts with 10 cards. Some cards may become “variants”, and you may also gain additional “starter” cards.

View Map and Deck During Events

You can now view the map and your deck during events.

Act Boss Updates

Boss behavior now has more variety during longer fights.

Loading Optimization

Some areas now load faster than before.

Thank you for reading!
