Altered flight path calculation to allow mods to change gravity at runtime
Fixed bug where scooter was invisible and the rider was glitched out
Optimised scooter spring animation to be consistent across frame-rates

Polished head spring animation to be consistent across frame-rates (fixes head randomly looking in different directions)
