Optimized performance, focused on Johnny Jetpack, explosions, and enemies
Fixed bananas and sawblades not hitting generators
Fixed leaderboards display issues
Fixed several cases of being unable to continue in space tower due to enemies falling off map
Fixed spawn locations of challenge orbs and upgrade orbs
Improved shotgun so burst is faster and capped at 10 ammo per shot
Show popup notifications on wave spawn in city survival
Added randomness to first weapon and first attachment upgrades
Dozens of other bugfixes and improvements
