Update 1.4.7 - Buffs, nerfs, and no more leaks

Hey all,

New build! 1.4.7 patch notes:

Fixed memory leaks (yes, there were two of them).
Buffed the Politician card. In addition to previous effects, moving a politician now discards your leftmost card and draws a new card from the deck. This should make it more viable to hoard more cards and scan through them mid-game.
Buffed the Road Roller card. When Road Roller eats another figure you get a free extra turn. Meaning a well positioned Road Roller can get all the way back to the last row in one turn.
Nerfed the Investment card. Mana gain is reduced from 3x to 2x. It is also Heavy now (can't be repeated with Echo, still can be copied with Memory).
Minor fixes.
