DriveWave is something I keep running on my PC all the time. I originally made it to keep me company while working on my other games, and my kids were a big part of that. They picked most of the initial cars themselves and helped shape the overall style and idle camera angles.

I enjoy tweaking DriveWave whenever I get the chance, so it keeps evolving bit by bit. That’s also why I don’t always post changelogs right away.

My main focus right now is Metal Thunder v1.0, but DriveWave will continue to get small, steady updates in the background.See you on the road.

– Tolga

I've been going through the driving physics for weeks because the cars felt heavy and dead in a way I couldn't put my finger on. Turns out every drivable car in the game was sitting with its suspension completely bottomed out. Not stiff. Not badly tuned. Zero travel left. The springs had nowhere to go, so the car physically co…Major update17 Jul 2026DriveWave v1.5.220 - The One Where Your Rims Hit the MarketHey everyone, This is one of the biggest updates since launch.
