The CAAAHR! Demo Is Out Now!

Hey everyone,

Today's the day.

The CAAAHR! Demo is officially live, and with Steam Next Fest kicking off today, you can finally experience what happens when someone decides that controlling a car with their voice is a perfectly reasonable game mechanic.

... Spoiler: it isn't.

In CAAAHR!, one player has to make the car go faster by using their voice, while the other desperately tries to steer through obstacles, jumps, and increasingly questionable situations. Sometimes they'll need to use their voice too.

The result is exactly what you'd expect.

Lots of shouting. Lots of crashing. Lots of blaming each other. And occasionally, actual teamwork.

The demo lets you experience a section of the game's giant handcrafted level and gives you a taste of the chaos, friendship testing, and vocal destruction waiting in the full release.

Whether you're bringing your best friend, your worst friend, your sibling, your partner, or some random person from the internet, I sincerely wish your vocal cords the best of luck.

If you enjoy the demo, please consider wishlisting the game. It helps a ton and lets you stay up to date as development continues.

Now go start some engines. Or, more accurately: Go scream at them. (And don't forget to wishlist!)

Yours,
Mateo

For quite a while now, I've had this absolutely ridiculous idea stuck in my head: "What if one pla…
