UI:

- You can now hover the mouse over the Towertizen's "Happiness Details" panel to see the meaning of each attribute and how to improve it.

- When the Turtle Port interface is open, the game speed-up/slow-down hotkeys are temporarily disabled.

- Moved the "View Update Log" button to a more visible spot in the main menu.

Bugfixes:

- Fixed the floor of the [Star Brick Factory] so it now fits the collision box.

- Fixed several localization errors.
